What Inventory does
- Your own product categories, each with a colour and an icon for any kind of shop
- Serialized items and quantity stock, with units such as piece, box and kilogram
- Multiple warehouses, transfers between them and stock in transit
- Bin locations and a quarantine hold for goods awaiting checks
- Expiry dates with first-expiry-first-out selling and expiry alerts
- Lot tracking that answers which customers received a lot
- Cycle counts, including blind counts
- Stock adjustments with approval
- Reorder points that suggest purchase orders
- An AI agent that prepares draft purchase orders from your reorder points, with the quantities and last prices from your own records and a short explanation for each — nothing is ordered until you apply it (when switched on)
- Distribution centers that suggest what to send to the branches they feed (when switched on)
- Low-stock alerts
- Stock aging, slow and dead stock, ABC/XYZ and turnover reports
- Stock value checked against the accounts
Inventory works on the same customers, products, stock and accounts as every other Nexa One module, in every branch, on the web, the Android app and the Windows desktop app.
