Terms of service

These terms apply when your organization uses Nexa One, a service provided by Nexa Core IT Solution("we"). By registering or using Nexa One you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

Your account

• You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping passwords private.
• Give each person only the roles and permissions they need.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

Plans and payment

• Your plan sets the number of shops, users, storage and modules you can use.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Your organization is activated once we have confirmed your payment.
• If a subscription is not renewed, access may be limited until payment is received.

Your data

You own the business data you put into Nexa One. We handle it as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting the tax, accounting and employment rules that apply to your business; Nexa One is a tool to help, not professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nexa One to break the law, to send unwanted messages, or to try to reach other organizations' data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Nexa One available and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you about changes that significantly affect how you use the service.

Ending the service

You can stop using Nexa One at any time. Contact us if you want an export of your data before you leave.
