What Approvals does
- Approvals you set up yourself: choose which purchase orders, stock adjustments, stock counts, quotation discounts, leave requests, salary advances and timesheets need approval (by amount, percent, days or hours, and branch), and who approves at up to three levels — with an inbox, daily reminders for anything still waiting, a full history, and no self-approval (when switched on)
- At the till, a discount over the limit or a wholesale order over the customer's credit limit can be sent to a manager for approval instead of losing the sale (when switched on)
- Each request shows the document, its amount and every level's decision, and the person asking is told the outcome
Approvals works on the same customers, products, stock and accounts as every other Nexa One module, in every branch, on the web, the Android app and the Windows desktop app.
