Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Nexa Core IT Solution ("we") collects when you use Nexa One, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your organization's name and address, and the name, email address and phone number of the people who use it.
• Business data you enter — products, stock, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, employees and payroll, and the other records you keep in Nexa One.
• Files you upload — logos, product and shop images, condition photos and payment slips.
• Usage information — sign-in times, the actions people take in the system (kept as an audit trail) and basic technical details such as browser type.

How we use it

• To provide Nexa One to you and keep your records available to the people you authorize.
• To send messages the system needs to send, such as password resets and subscription reminders.
• To keep the service secure, investigate problems and improve it.

Your business data belongs to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use your customers' information to contact them for our own purposes.

Your customers' information

When you record your own customers, employees or suppliers in Nexa One, you decide what is collected and why, and you are responsible for having the right to use it. Emails and SMS messages you send from Nexa One to your customers are sent on your behalf and include an unsubscribe link where required.

Who processes data for us

We use trusted providers to run the service: server and cloud hosting (including Google Cloud for web hosting and file storage), an email delivery service, and, if your organization sets it up, an SMS provider using your own account. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Separation and security

Each organization's data is kept separate from every other organization's. Connections are encrypted, sign-in uses secure tokens, access is controlled by roles and per-page permissions, and the database is backed up.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your organization uses Nexa One. If you stop using it, contact us to ask for an export or for your data to be deleted. Financial records may be kept where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
