From the table to the bill, from the booking to check-out

What Restaurant & Hotel does

• Restaurant outlets inside your branches — a dining room, bar or counter — each with its tables and its own service charge
• A menu built from your products: dishes made to order, or stocked items such as bottled drinks that leave stock when the bill is settled
• Open an order on a table or as a takeaway, send dishes to the kitchen with a printed kitchen ticket, add more later, and void a sent dish with a reason (a void ticket prints too)
• A kitchen display screen for each outlet: cooks tap each dish from New to Preparing to Ready, the waiter sees "Ready" on the till and marks it served — printed kitchen tickets become optional
• Bill and settle in cash, by bank, or cash with the rest by bank; the bill shows the service charge and tax and is recorded in your accounts, with stocked items taken out of stock
• A settled bill can be voided from All Invoices; the books are reversed and the cost of what was already served is recorded as waste
• Hotel properties: room types with a price per night and a weekend price, and the rooms of each type
• Bookings by date — a room can never be sold twice for the same night — with the price of each night kept as it was booked
• Front desk with today's arrivals, guests in house and departures, and a two-week room board where each room is set clean, dirty, inspected or out of order
• Check-in, extras during the stay (laundry, minibar), changing the departure, and check-out with a bill for the nights used; later nights go back on sale
• Restaurant and hotel bills count in the cash register, sales reports and the books like any other sale (each switched on for your organization)

Restaurant & Hotel works on the same customers, products, stock and accounts as every other Nexa One module, in every branch, on the web, the Android app and the Windows desktop app.
