When something happens, tell the right people

When something happens, tell the right people — rules you set up yourself.

Automationအလိုအလျောက်လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း

What Automation does

  • Automation rules you set up yourself: when a sale is made, a customer pays, an invoice is overdue for the days you choose, stock reaches its reorder point, goods are received, a delivery fails or an expense claim is sent — tell the right people (when switched on)
  • Optional conditions on each rule: amount, branch, customer or supplier group, sale or wholesale, cash or credit, payment method, the role of the person who made it, product category or brand
  • Tell the record's own person — the customer's salesman, the driver, who raised the purchase order or the person's manager — everyone with a role (optionally only that branch's staff) or named people, by the bell, email, phone notification or Telegram as each person chose
  • Write your own message with the record's number, customer, amount, branch or days overdue filled in, and test it on a recent record before switching it on
  • Overdue invoices and low stock are checked every morning; an overdue invoice is told once per rule, and low stock arrives as one daily list
  • Safe by design: rules only send staff notifications and never change a document, stock, price or money; hourly limits per rule and a history of every notice sent

Automation works on the same customers, products, stock and accounts as every other Nexa One module, in every branch, on the web, the Android app and the Windows desktop app.
